Yes he did because a lot of them built illegal houses in illegal areas. He even supervised the demolition of the then PDP chairman's house. If by ransome u mean compensation, those that build illegally are not entitled to any compensatioin. Its when you have legal property in an area that the government is considering for other purposes that you're entitled to compensation.

nice plan but those chieftain are too stubborn and obstinate to allow a younger rule over them,its about a matter of hierachy to them,,buhari seems to be the highest in hierachy ,so fashola can't succeed in apc
