Just have to be someone who can make a difference in those tough games, someone who's got character, someone who's highly skillful, dynamic and ruthless. And yes, an upgrade on Oscar, Willian and Schurrle.

Nateevs once suggested this and I think he's right.

IMO Marco Reus is the best option for us. He comes cheap at £20m - his buyout clause. Can play anywhere across the final third and is a constant threat. His style of play is somewhat different from that of Hazard, Oscar, Andre and Willian.

Albeit his injury woes doesn't make for good reading, I'm pretty sure he'd get okay once he steps into Cobham.

The idea would be to give our opponents another figure to worry about, not just Hazard, Costa or even Cesc.

And considering how the man-marking approach is working against Cesc, we might just have to come up with a neat plan B.

For the fact that it's United players who are being mentioned in the article, I really have to say I understand your sentiment.

The writer made hell lot of cogent points which doesn't need to be overlooked. He asserted that just like anyother infringement which has a punishment, headlocks in the penalty-box should have its punishment. Micheal Oliver awarded a penalty to Swansea a week ago after Bony must have been hurled down by Shawcross, just for Dowd to shy away from such call on Sunday. Isn't that inconsistency? If such is allowed to go on, the millions who turn on their TV sets to watch the EPL everyother week would be discouraged from doing so.

Another important point raised by the writer is that headlocks militates against the chances of goal scoring in the league. I couldn't agree more on this.

If Oliver could make that call, how much more Dowd?
