UPDATE:

Thanks to all that helped in one way or the other.

I sent a mail to the address above two days back and the APM at Lokoja was really helpful.

According to him, he tried my number when he received my mail but was unable to reach me. I later called the number yesterday, as soon as I mentioned my name, he knew who was calling. He apologised for the way I was treated by branch manager and his staff. Though, he said the payment was legal and even went ahead to say a new secular directing customers to pay the sum of 500Naira per package has taken effect yesterday.

When I visited the post office today, I was invited to the manager's office where we talked for length. He made me to understand that he was asked to visit Lokoja for questioning and to defend my claims.

Long story short, the branch manager told me not to pay the charge and promised to pay on my behalf. I collected my item, thanked and apologised for making him pass through the stress of travelling to Lokoja because of my wahala.

gurus in the house I greet oh.I got my Fbn master card and I've tried using it on aliexpress several times but it does not work . I even enrolled for secure code but no way. the only site it worked was PayPal. wetin I go do .
