I promised web programmers to add more app for HTML, CSS, php, and JavaScript..... so here am I with this apps;

WEBMASTER'S HTML
its been already mentioned, the app supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript and php..... read the description from play store for more information

SPARK LITE
this is a webmaster app, for the usual web stuff like HTML, CSS, php, JavaScript, XML and its surprisingly supports HTML5. I think it also supports FTP or something like dat

DIVIDET HTML
u know the drill @all web programmers, its ur call as this app supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript and php and stuff like dat

ANDROID JAVA EDITOR
I've been researching for web dudes due to my promise doesn't mean I have forgotten java programmers....... this is a app for Java programmers, in case u need emergency work done and ur PC isn't close or you have a new idea for ur app and u need to add the codes before u forget.... bt that doesn't mean newbies are left out, u can learn java programming with it
.
.
.
I hope I've fulfilled my promise to web dudes. I'll research more when am free

Re: Programming With Android by Nobody: 8:47am On Jan 08, 2014
AIDE FOR PHONEGAP
its the second version of the great and marvelous AIDE app, bt unlike AIDE dat uses XML and java, the version uses html, css, and JavaScript to build app (web apps I think) directly on ur android phone

BRIGHT MIDE
this app is similar and an alternative to AIDE, that is, it builds android app directly on ur android

RFO BASIC (BASIC)
its called basic on play store. this app beats AIDE in functionality bt lacks in GUI..... it let's u access Bluetooth, camera, GPS, etc when building ur app and also give u great graphics of how ur app looks like before you create it into .apk......

* pls a comment wouldn't hurt

the problen is I can't write n compile java codes the way I do with Eclipse. cos now am not interested in any Android development just pure java codes write, compile n run.

I would have uploaded screenshots along bt I'm low on my data bundle. so I'd try to be descriptive as much as I can

when you open aide, you will see lessons/tuts for Android, java and libgdx. tap the drawable panel, then scroll down till you see "codes for experts". tap it then goto create new project, choose "java console app" then you'd be asked to name your project. once its been created, a "main" class should open, type in your code then press option button and tap "run". You can also save your files(though this was not possible before)

note=> I don't think it supports GUI, bt java.util.scanner is supported

thanks for your reply but in my own AIDE there's nothing like 'java' among those tuts n projects lists, what I have here is Android app, native Android app, phonegap, hybrid. No java..
please could you give me a link to the AIDE you downloaded, mine is from playstore, even after getting the premium key nothing still changed!

ok thanks, I've figured out why it doesn't install,
AIDE 2.7.0 supports only Android 4.0+ and mine is below.

OK bro, tho I'm not that vast with java
ok bro here's the problem I was talking of
am learning java with ' java how to program'
i encountered this problem.

here's the driver class
its called 'GradeBookTest.java'

public class GradeBookTest {
public static void main(String args []){
GradeBook myGradeBook = new GradeBook("CS101 introduction to java programming"wink;

myGradeBook.displayMessage();
myGradeBook.inputGrades();
myGradeBook.displayGradeReport();
}

}

and here's the class 'GradeBook.java'

import java.util.Scanner;

public class GradeBook {

private String courseName;

private int total;
private int gradeCounter;
private int aCount;
private int bCount;
private int cCount;
private int dCount;
private int fCount;

public GradeBook(String name){
courseName = name;
}

public void setCourseName(String name){
courseName = name;
}

public String getcourseName(){
return courseName;
}

public void displayMessage(){
System.out.printf("welcome to gradebook for \n%s!\n\n", getcourseName());
}
public void inputGrades(){
Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);

int grade;

System.out.printf("%s\n%s\n %s\n %s\n", "Enter the integer grades in the range 0 - 100.",
"Type the end-of-file indicator to terminate input:","On UNIX/Linux/MacOSX type <Ctrl> d then press Enter",
"On Windows type <Ctrl> z then press Enter"wink;

while (input.hasNext()){
grade = input.nextInt();
total += grade;
++gradeCounter;

incrementLetterGradeCounter(grade);
}
}

private void incrementLetterGradeCounter(int grade){
switch(grade / 10){
case 9:
case 10:
++aCount;
break;
case 8:
++bCount;
break;
case 7:
++cCount;
break;
case 6:
++dCount;
break;
default:
++fCount;
break;
}
}

public void displayGradeReport(){
System.out.println("\nGrade Report:"wink;

if (gradeCounter != 0){
double average = (double) total / gradeCounter;

System.out.printf("total of the %d grades entered is %d\n", gradeCounter, total);
System.out.printf("class average is %2.f\n", average);
System.out.printf("%s\n%s%d\n%s%d\n%s%d\n%s%d\n%s%d\n",
"Number of students who received each grade:",
"A:", aCount,
"B:", bCount,
"C:", cCount,
"grin:", dCount,
"F:", fCount);
}
else
System.out.println("no grades were entered"wink;

}

}

the program is to read the inputs(grades) from the user till the user terminates the reading of inputs using ctrl +z , after reading the inputs it'll have to divid each inputed grade by 10 to know which has A, B upto F.

but the problem now is, the program refuses to execute the
switch
statement, instead below is what it does:

welcome to gradebook for
CS101 introduction to java programming!

Enter the integer grades in the range 0 - 100.
Type the end-of-file indicator to terminate input:
On UNIX/Linux/MacOSX type <Ctrl> d then press Enter
On Windows type <Ctrl> z then press Enter
66
76
76
78

Grade Report:
total of the 4 grades entered is 296

this is the error message that accompanied it

Exception in thread "main" java.util.UnknownFormatConversionException: Conversion = '2'
at java.util.Formatter.checkText(Formatter.java:2547)

at java.io.PrintStream.printf(PrintStream.java:871)
at GradeBook.displayGradeReport(GradeBook.java:82)
at GradeBookTest.main(GradeBookTest.java:7)

so can you or other java experts help me out.
