Oh dear dear dear zikkie, please don't cry ok. Oh God please have mercy on her father, my heart is breaking here, we need strength Lord cry

As for the outing, the date is tentative, I'm sure the family can wait for everyone smiley

Can you buy a straight urine catheter set from the medical equipment store? While the hospital is shut down, you can use the set to help empty his bladder so his kidneys won't get affected due to retention

I need to speak with you, let's make that happen soon okay, please smile for now kiss

Thanks sweet 'mama'.... I'm sorry I've been away. Been down with a very terrible kind of sore throat that feels like a moderate sized pebble in my throat... Couldn't even swallow saliva! I'm much better now!
Dad says he is no longer having the retention. He is a lot better...

Well, it's quite difficult to accept so many things in our lives because we don't always get to choose what happens to us in life. But then, we have to live on, to fight on and make sure that we make something out of what life throws at us. It is well.

All these health workers sef, dem strike pass lightening. I just don't understand this country sef. I just hope the strike doesn't take long.
Try not to be scared. It's hard, I know, but you have to summon up courage and believe that all will be well. Hope and Pray for God to take control.

I'm based in Ibadan tho.

Lol @ 'strike pass lightening'... Thanks osyxcel.... Dad is a lot better and we hope things would be calm and also pray the strike gets called off soonest.

Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great day?

Zikkie, im so sorry about your father. Please is there a way you can transport him to lagos. Lasuth is not on strike and I'm sure they will do something.
If you consider it, I know a matron there (family) who can help you quick speed things.

Besides when did this start? This urine retention. I hate it when people are sick it makes it cry. I will remember you tonight in my prayers. God should keep me hanging

Candygosh darling..... I honestly do hope you are fine wherever you are My dad is a lot better again. I don't understand what happened that he suddenly had a relapse! He started taking that King's tonic you talked about and we also added this trevo drink (which he stopped taking at a point).. He's doing well but for the constant fatigue which is as a result of the surgery.
I pray God will give us all pleasant surprises!

Zikkie, be strong for Dad. He will get better. We need to look for another hospital to attend to him. These incessant strikes sef, our health workers and the government are very self-centred and callous. I pray the strike ends soon.

@Candygosh dear, you are not alone. Our hearts are with you. Be strong my dear. We love you....always have.....always will.

Morning family.

Thanks Obinoscopy.... I hope and pray things get better as it has been in the past few days. I can't shout!

Everyone. Family . Obinoscopy xcelsia Zikkie christine01 osyxcel odunharry and those I have forgotten to mention.
I apologise to the calls tht weren't picked cos in time like this my fone is often on silent. And I couldn't come online too.

I was very weak, couldn't even walk eyes and head becomes blurred n somewhat Dark when I tried to. I'm getter better now. That happened in the space of early Sunday morning I commented here only to sleep n wake up with all of that. I feel better cos I'm always in Good hands and with you all praying for me.

Zikkie I'm glad to know your dad is fine. God perfect his work. The kings tonic is good n it's what doc recommend cos it doesn't have folic acid. He mustn't take anything with folic acid. The only milk again no folic acid 3 crown, elite.
I also have the trevo my dad bought for me but I didn't take it cos it was sugary. So it wouldn't look like I didn't take it and disappoint him I mix it with the juice obtained from ugwu leaves .
