Bros take your time o. You don't have rights in a company where you do not own shares. 1 for 4 means that for every 4 units, you get 1. Oya na, produce your 4 make we give you 1. Simples grin

I want to sell my right issue in oando i am having a total of 16500 units of oando if you are intrested call me or better still cheack my signature

kotlass:

Just want to be sure you are not kidding. How much are looking to sell each unit?

Anyway, if my assumption was right, I hope you understand that if you took up your rights, you would have to pay N22 per share (i.e N22 x 4125 = N90,750 that will be credited to Oando) . Should you decide to renounce your rights and put them up for sale, the value is the nominal value of each unit share, which is N0.50k ONLY. In other words, you are entitled to 4,125 units in the proposed issue and buyers will bid based on the N0.50k nominal unit. So if you are LUCKY, you just might cash 4125 x N0.50k = N2,062.50k (see money shocked shocked).

Also, there is no need for the phone call thingy, fill the renunciation forms with your broker and keep your fingers crossed that no one will bid less than the N0.50k nominal value. cheesy cheesy If you see N0.05k bids, make you no provoke o or shout NSE mago mago. grin grin

I hope this makes sense, otherwise if everyone could pocket the proceed of the sale of their rights at N22, then the desperate/one-of-a-kind buyer of your right at N22 would have to pay Oando N22 also per unit share (Oando is the entity raising money not you cheesy cheesy)
