Do you work weekends? What are your usual activities weekends? As a working class I am sure you're looking for some serious commitment not just any relationship. If this is the case, you have to be going to interesting places and attending social events. On a saturday, try perhaps registering for a gym class, attend social events of friends and weddings, go to the movies on a saturday or friday night after work. Even though you cook at home eat out in a classy restaurant often. The more you socialise the higher the chance of meeting someone and the places and events determine the calibre of people you meet. I am sure you don't intend meeting someone who's unemployed and still studying.

If that's the case explore the options of a distance relationship, turn on your fb chat and keep the convo alive with that guy who says hello all the time, if you got bbm there's likely to be that guy who wishes and long you could be his princess charming. But then again go out often, if there are a youth group where you worship join and try to be active there. And you also have to losen up more when a guy starts showing interest towards you.
