Good morning, @Tyconcepts. I got my THL4000 phone yesterday afternoon, but I was not impressed with the attitude of the Agofure staff, coupled with the difficulty I had in locating their office (leg injury and all).
I want to make the following suggestions:

1. I believe you should always endeavour to get the physical address of the courier companies you send phones to, in order to help your customers locate the courier offices.
2. You should seek the assistance of the courier companies' management to ensure their staff treat customers courteously and professionally whenever customers come to pick up a package - I was flippantly told my phone had not arrived, even after giving them the waybill number. I had to search through their delivery logs myself to locate my package, and yes, I gave them a piece of my mind.
