Cos Nigerian killers generaly dont hide the identity of their victims this way. If they were worried about identification, they hide the whole body not behead the body and hide the head.
This is done by a small "fish" ritual killer. Not a syndicate. The big wigs have places they take victims and the person is never seen unless rejected by the juju, or the killers leave the location or the hideout is discovered and raided by the public or police.
