Got an email few seconds ago from a Dec. 23 applicant.


She said she didn't attach an extra sheet detailing her full duties and responsibilities as an addendum to form IMM0008E ( schedule 3 economic class)


She only listed 4 duties as allowed by the little space in the form....... However, her letter of reference from her employer detailed all her duties even more than the one contained in the NOC main list of duties and responsibilities for her chosen occupation.

She wanna ask if she is fine or not........

Did u use a courier company to send? That address is used when u're sending thru the post office. Hopefully it will still get there, it's obvious u're sending it to CIO.

Did you track it to know when it arrive in Canada. Because if it arrive after 31st Dec, it will not be considered for FSW 14

I think WES evaluation report for US might be different from Canada from the principle of comparative studies. But to be on a safe side, it is highly recommended you contact WES to clear doubts on that.
However, I strongly believe you may not need another transcript sent since it is still same organisation. They can access it but with a new service charge.
Contacting them will help you make a wise and unregretable decision.

I really don't know the timeline of your application .
If you have been charged an received PER ,then you will have to inform Accra of your change of job .If you have not been charged,wait until you're charged before notifying Accra visa office.
Don't worry if your new job is related or not ,what is important is that your profession used in applying is authentic with all relevance supporting documents .
If your WES evaluation is federal skilled version,you have no issues.

As I said last year, I got a new job. Though this job is in a different NOC category compared to the NOC I applied to in the FSWP (2131), you've advised that it is still necessary to notify Accra.
Please what's the address to use in contacting Accra. If its a letter I'm to write, what's the format going to be like?

There is no specific format other than to include the details of your new employment. By this I mean,the company,the date of employment,the job title. You don't have to provide too much details about NOC.

Once they receive this information,you will be duly informed of the next line of action.

I've visited the link provided, and in filling, it says that the space for UCI is optional. Is it that the optional relates to those who haven't received a PER, hence no UCI? (Between, I'm reasoning that they'll surely need my UCI in order to know the specific applicant).

I also saw that there's a provision to upload documents.
So I ask; is uploading just my new employment letter OK? I thought of adding my payslip but the only payslip I have is that for my first two months combined, which will not reflect my true monthly salary and wages.
My payslip for January is going to be out around sometime in next week. So I'm guessing I've got to wait.

Please what do you mean by saying" You don't have to provide too much details about NOC" ? ( is it that I do not need to explain details of this my new job's NOC at all? When telling them the Job title, do I need to categorize it into an NOC code?)

2. Do you have your ECA result?

3.Do you have work experience letter(s) from your current and previous employers

4. Do you have copies of your academic qualifications (Transcripts,degree certificates,etc)?

5. Are you single/married?

6. What province are you looking at settling in Canada? Have you made findings to be sure the province meets your hope and aspiration in the short,medium and long term?

Answers to the above and many more will give direction as to what is to be done to actualize your dreams.
