Hello guys I need assistance and advice here.

I've been using my Glo (post paid) line for nine months now... initially the call automatically ends after 60 mins. But recently it changed from 60 mins and now ends exactly 4:59 secs... I've tried to call customer care on 121 but before they pick it reaches the 4:59 secs mark and the call cuts; hence making it impossible to complain to them.

I don't know everything in this world so I'm trying to ask, is this the new Glo policy ??

Is anyone experiencing / experienced the same thing??

pls how did you go about it??

I'll really appreciate it if I can get a good answer to solve this issue. it's really bothering me..

Pls if you can't help just jump and pass.

I use a tecno phone... I've checked all the settings but can't find anything that's relating to the probs...

Try resetting you phone back to factory settings. If it continues, call Glo customer care. If your phone is heavily formatted, you may consider calling Glo first.

By the time the answering machine tells you to press 1 for bla bla bla, press 0 to speak with an agent, and then you wait for the agent to pick, its already 5 mins and then the call ends.

I've tried it several times..

I don't remember setting it to end at 5 mins.. If I have my way I'll set it to end at 3 hours...
However, how do I correct it.?? its a tecno M3

. You've been told to reset it back to FACTORY SETTINGS first, and you're still complaining.
