Well, that's just on paper, but I think you still have up to the end of February or even farther if you're lucky.

Pass mark for masters and pg is 50%. If you score 49.5% its an F.

Hmmmmm.......GST807...what about in the case of exam:47 and tma 28.5 and the person was graded an F.What can yoU say about that?tma 1: 7.5 tma 2: 10 tma 3: 10 tma 4: 8.5
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by oluatinuke: 12:03pm On Jan 26, 2015

Sadly, that's your result. This is the calculation: 37/120 * 70 = 21.5 + TMA best 3 (25.5) = 47% which is F for PG students. Minimum pass score is 50 which is C. Anything short of C is FAIL for Master courses. 40 is E for Undergraduate students.

The scoring algorithm for GOODSTUDY GUIDE was generally poor. I managed to score C.

@oluatinuke,

You're not alone on this one; I noticed it too. Had an A from my careful calculations, was given a B instead. Something's not quite right over there at the HQ!

please how many and what elective course should I offer as a comp science student in 100 level 2nd semester?
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Nobody: 2:24pm On Jan 26, 2015
@Enesth,

Elective courses are not compulsory. You may decide to register them (for whatever reasons you might have) or do core courses in their stead. It's all up to you. IIRC, you really don't need to worry about electives at year one; this advice should be useful to those in higher levels. This should guide you ---> http://nou.edu.ng/announcements/SST%202014%20JAN/PDF%20UNDER/Reg%20COMPUTER-2014.pdf
