@eeskay4u You need to apply as soon as possible. Firstly with your age and first degree there is a Lil ish when they consider what you want to go for, as it is Diploma, you need to find the relationship between what u want to study and where u work, u should be able to relate travel agency with hospitality and make them know the study is due to your work (maybe u need more knowledge or ure required to get the study from work) so Purpose Of Travel will be incline and tackled. I think you shouldn't state you're married yet because of your available balance and as ure using a sponsor *ur sponsor as to be related to you so u can say he's ur uncle*  (I think it's somehow saying you have a family and ure still using a sponsor...Financial Strength). Your Pay Slip is more than okay, If you have a property makes it perfect‎, your travel history is also good(depending on the reason of refusal to those countries u previously applied to). Your home ties will be your job, if you have a property or shares facility and your parent/siblings too if any.
Note: This story is just to guide you to know how and what your content (letters and documents) will be like and there are other ways and stories you can still follow, this is just my opinion.‎
@johncushion, your opinion is just perfect grin and on behalf of @eeskay4u I want to say thank you. (had my reasons) cheesy cheesy

Oga, why are you going for Diploma when you av two diplomas already (OND and IATA diplomas). You might have problems with purpose of visit. I would advise you apply for an advanced Diploma course.

@eeskay4u
.............
I don't think it wud be a good idea to hide d fact dat u'r married n with a kid. This will even serve a perfect home tie. Besides, what wud now happen when u eventually want to invite ur family over? Although it wud av been better if u were going for a pgd,I really don't know if ur work experience n national diploma can get u admission into pgd. But u can try.

So far ur wife is working too n u show proof of how she's gonna sustain herself n ur kid, I think u'r good to go. And u must explain well y ur sponsor is doing so. It wud be lovely if ur are working for d same person or say d person wanna set up a travel agency which u wud help him handle on ur return n which is y he is sponsoring u......the thing is, just try take ur time to prepare a good case. All d best.

I agree with @dovegrace, his family is his perfect hometie but I understand where @johncushion is coming from and that is the area of finance @eeskay4u's wife might not be working or her salary isn't that much so he doesn't want to complicate issues cos of the balance in his acct.
@checkyink, no advance diploma for Hospitality and Tourism mgt ( am going for hospitality management too) and I believe his present job pallys with the course he is going for all he has to do is to add his Employment letter, study leave letter, work ID and he mentioned that his account is a salary account so no need to add payslips it wld be perfect if he can get a company sponsorship letter on the company letter head (due to the age issue) bt since he doesn't and he is using a sponsor he shld just package well. Pls sir eeskay4u read through part 6 from page 200 to 500 u will get the list of docs successful applicants submitted all the best. dis 2015 is our year of multiple TRVS IJN. grin

Just like you hav been adviced above, going for another diploma (in addition to diplomas u already hav) wont b a good idea for visa processing.
If hospitality is your thing, U can get another admission in pgd or advance dipl in a related course and use it for ur visa. When u can your visa and in Canada u switch.

As a warning!!!! If you intend to settle in Canada and possible invite ur family over...u must include declear them on your visa application else u wil b alone in Canada.
