Pls house,is it possible for someone who has gotten 3months Australian visiting visa to overstay for like 4 years and not to go back to his/her country? And secondly is it possible for the person to work?.

Not possible, except he or she wants to remain illegal there, it is called a visit visa and u are expected to return back after ur visit, u cannot work with a visit visa and if u must exceed ur visit, u must notify immigration in OZ with valid reasons why ur visa should be extended...

Bro, please for heaven sake. don't think of overstaying in Australia for one day. You will jeopardize your chances of ever getting Australian visa in future. Also there are severe punishment for your sponsor, I mean, whoever that invited you to Australia
For your information, three months visiting visa is not extendable and you don't have work permit.
Australians don't joke with their laws like USA or UK.
