mourinho is too defensive . Chelsea could have taken advantage of the extra man by overloading psg because psg can't counter Chelsea . The only way was through set pieces which they used to their advantage.

Zouma for Matic had to be one of the dumbest decisions/gamble Big Mou ever made as a coach. It never made any sense whatsoever when the game was going on, and it still doesn't make any sense. These guys had a week to rest...why were they lethargic and despondent?

Our team is a counter-attacking team against formidable opponents, and the red card balanced the game (heck, it was to their advantage cos it was a striker). After that, PSG stopped going forward in numbers. We got the goal - why not kill off the game? If anything, he should have brought in an extra midfielder cos PSG overwhelmed us in the midfield.

However, he removed the holding midfielder, and brought in a defender cos of the decent game he had against Tottenham. Tottenham is no PSG - they whopped us on Jan 1st cos both Terry and Cahill are suspect when pacy strikers attack them directly, and Harry kane took advantage of that vulnerability. The only thing Zouma did during the Carling Cup was to provide the needed pacy, to cover the two defenders.

Mourinho flopped tonight. Just get us the EPL - and that team needs more players. We can't live and die by counter-attack all the time!

I had to come back for this. When the big boys are having a discourse - little clubs with plastic fans need to take the back seat. Despite ya billions, you struggled to win two EPL titles. I'd put Newcastle over Man City everyday of the week. Erm, even Leeds Utd with the exploit of Radebe, Viduka, and those boys in Europe. Go check ya archives and see what Chelsea did in the Champions league in 1998. If not for Babayaro, we would've gone all the way.

Its not too late to have sense, Costa didn't headbutt luiz, luiz faked a headbutt which the referee himself saw and gave luiz a yellow for trying to deceive him with a fake headbutt. I hate ignorant comments

We've got the EPL on lock - we can't afford to mess that up now.

Coupled with the fact that we've not won it since like forever now. The focus should be on that, and next season.

We just need to do the right deals in the summer. Personally, I'll like to see Thorgan Hazard on that team...and maybe Loftus-Cheek would be eased into the team as well. With probably two big mega-deals - a striker and someone as creative as Fabregas. Loftus-Cheek can grow into Matic's role - he has the size and technique.
