You are mistaking BIS for BB10 subscription. BB10 subscription isn't cheap.... For example, 1.5 GB is N3,000 on the MTN network... Everyone will not use Glo that has allowed her cheap BIS to be used on BB10 devices. I don't think you can use BIS on BB10 devices on other networks.

That Glo allows you use their BIS on BB 10 devices doesn't mean it will last forever. After all, other networks don't allow that. Official BB10 subscriptions are the most expensive data connection in Nigeria.
