Hello europestudy,
I have been offered admission to University of Tartu. Can I get information or guidance on how to obtain visa here in Nigeria?

I would be very grateful.
Thanks

Congratulations
There are three possible way to come to Estonia from Nigeria as regards to studies

THROUGH BELGIUM EMBASSY NIGERIA
you submit application through belgium embassy. there is option for students who can come to Estonia through belgium embassy Nigeria. For this to actually work out for you, that means you school should be aware of this process. Infact your school must contact the Estonia Police and Boarder Guard. And the police and boarder guard will contact the belgium embassy. This process takes time and its quite complicated but the cheapest means. Infact i only know one person from Nigeria that came to Estonia through this process

THROUGH EGYPT
When u get to Egypt, its possible to apply for Temporal Residence Permit from Estonian Consulate in Cairo. This takes more than a Month from the time u get to cairo. And if you are coming for bachelors program, then the visa and trp application is quite more compelx

THROUGH INDIA
when u get to Delhi, the process is straight forward and simple. You will be issued Schengen Visa 3 to 6 months.

About coming to Estonia.

In addition, as Estonia is a member of Schegen; meaning that if u have valid visa to any schengen country or u can easily get one, then u dont need any other visa to come to Estonia
Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by ibe003(m): 7:58am On Mar 27, 2015
As a student what you need to come to. estonia is RP not Visa, in fact don't border your self, ones you have received your acceptance latter they will tell you the next step to follow, the will first list all the country were you will apply for your RP, like in my case the sch is contacting me to know my procedures.

Ibe, europestudy2015 is very right wit his analysis. U can enta estonia as a masters student wit a shengae visa nd apply for ur PR in estonia but if u are going for an undergraduate program, u must apply for visa nd PR at estonian embassy bef u enta estonia nd dats y it is more easier for masters students... Pls guys, we dont need to argue or be rude to one anoda, all we need is genuine information to deter ourselves from wrong information. God bless u europestudy, uzhi, ibe, nairaspace nd d rest of us... We all shal get dia soon, Amen. One love friends!

Sometimes, right info strive out of argument. Thanks to everyone. A degree student can actually enter without RP under special circumstances. But its advisable for them to enter with RP.
May God make it easy for everyone. One love.

it depends, for Estonia you have to pay tuition fee. I think at Tallinn university of technology they have one program with free tuition. There is scholarship and student allowance to assist you in Tallinn university. But for free tuition I think its in Finland Norway Etc which is very difficult to process as undergraduate. Rem noting free comes essey

If u live close to Apapa, then go to Magistrate Court at Apapa, It's very close to wharf.Walk straight to the court library and meet the secretary there. Tell her you want your document to be notarized by a notary public present in the court. She knows the drill,i did mine last week and i spent #1000 total i.e #500 each.
P.S don't patronize those people outside the court cos they will shave ur hair off with their price.
Please did you apply to T.U.T, if Yes Please what course of study?

Pls can it be waived? but if not like what score should I get from the test that will be accepted by the school?.thanks
Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by uzhi(m): 7:57pm On Apr 02, 2015
It can not be waive. U need minimum score of 5.5 out of 9.0. The test is in 4 stages, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening, for academic reason u must score minimum of 5.5 in the writing test.
The Exams aren't difficult to pass for a graduate, even other graduate.
