The truth is that GEJ's administration is the best so far in terms of 'civilian' rule; in terms of upholding democratic principle, rule of law, guaranteeing the fundamental human rights, freedom of the press and the judiciary, freedom of speech among others. That is what actually gave rise to the 1st real opposition party in the country since 1999 and which is why he may not scale through in tomorrow's pole. (may posterity remember him)

The only reason why i want him to pass is so that he will conduct next year's census and we will know the real and actual population of Nigeria. But as far as I'm concerned, neither GEJ nor GMB is the ideal candidate.

He was busy campaigning for/against Buhari that he forgot to tell 70% of angry Nigerians his plans for unemployment, corruption, security, electricity and so on and so forth. How clueless can it get? He left Buhari to lead the campaign trail. And the bad news is, if he loses election, all those nonentities that surrounded him will immediately depart him and face other matters arising

Whether you like it or not, there's no such thing as the "good" party or the "evil" party in this election, so it all boils down to who benefits from the incoming government. As for Buhari, he focused his attention on the masses, the poor nigerians, the unemployed people, and he represents a fall in the rate of embezzlement. What does your president represent? Railway lines with old trains that were bought at the cost of new ones?

Yar'Adua is the best in terms of upholding democratic principles and rule of law. There has always been opposition but what scattered PDP is failure of Jonathan to heed to rotational agreement. It is equaly what led to the various bombings in the country by Jonathan and his PDP members. Jonathan cannot claim to have done exceptionally well in any sector as Obasanjo who scored 100% in communication, 60% in sgriculture, 90% in banking, 90% in stock exchange and 90% in battling fake drugs. Obasanjo tried in terms of success but he did not sincerely fight corruption hence leaving Jonathan to further destroy Nigeria with his corrupt practice.

I score Jonathan 30% going by the huge amount of money at his disposal and his failure to make any outstanding impact.

I dont agree with you that he was that lenient.

The opposition were only more resolved to be better galvanised, and it coincided with the time when his party was going through crises

We all saw the banana peel that was laid for the current APC in registering the party, as his party set up another phantom APC, but the rubbish party failed, thanks to INEC.

We saw how he dealt with the New PDP who broke out from the original PDP, as their secretariats were sealed up, and the floaters were teargassed and harassed.

We saw the wave of impeachment moves against the opposition with PDP controlled houses, Adamawa fell, but Nassarawa survived by stroke of luck. Edo and Rivers were attempted also.

Dont be deceived , GEJ is a weak leader who also played wicked moves on the opposition

Unfortunately Yar'Adua didn't have the time to prove himself. Every politician tend to perform well at the early part of his administration, like Obiano of Anambra is doing now, like GEJ did that made 2011 a walk over for him, the same way GMB will do if he eventually wins.

Comparing OBJ with GEJ makes no sense. I don't want to talk much about int'l dynamics and other internal conditions that influenced the two administrations, OBJ would have taken us back two folds than jonah did if he happened to rule from 2011 till now. but bear it in mind that GEJ's leniency is what caused his fall. International community is presently more aggressive than it was in the 19th century, but subtly. I can't talk much about that on NL

Dont be deceived, the oppossition utilized the opportunity and loophole created by Jonathan's leniency. Do you think Amechi would have the same thing he is today under obj?

The opposition rode on the opportunity of GEJ not managing his house properly. All Amaechi is doing today under Jonathan, Tinubu did under Obj . I will wager GEJ had dealt with Amaechi, more than Obj dealt with Tinubu.

Even PDP lost in Kano state under OBJ in 2003.

Another wrong comparison. Tinubu was not under OBJ, remember that ACN has always been opposition to PDP and Lagos state can conveniently exist as a country of its own, thus making Tinubu powerful. In contrast, Amechi was elected nd remained in PDP and could have been decisively dealt with by OBJ in one way or the other. I'm sure you remember the job of EFCC under him

When the deadliest civil WAR breaks out all
of us ranting here APC and PDP note that the
elites you are fighting for on social media will survive with their families but you and i will be refugees in Benin Republic and other countries if we survive it,and they will still sit at a peace accord meeting somewhere in Ghana ,South Africa or the U.N to still decide your fate and fly back their families with their private jets to continue using those who survived,if i may ask where are their children?t hey are all abroad in safe keeping,Nigerian youths listen and listen good,we have only one Nigeria, what the RADIO did to Rwanda is what SOCIAL MEDIA IS DOING TO NIGERIA NOW,the worst CIVIL WAR IN THE HISTORY OF AFRICA AND MANKIND IS IMMINENT,we are all pushing NIGERIA TO WAR,there will be no winners or losers,Nigeria ,you and i will lose atlast, the U.S/ the West promised SYRIA and LIBYA better life where they would be free from dictators and corrupt leadership, today you can see how free these countries are,Iraq inclusive after Sadam,Americans are safe in their country happy and laughing over the suffering they have caused using divisive propaganda to destroy them,Nigerians be warned a great WAR is at hand all of us here might not be alive to tell the story but i bet you all the elites and their children will be alive to tell the story. You and i don't own oil wells and private jets, then what are we fighting for. They want you to be counted as casualties so there would be a case .Please say no to violence if GEJ wins he wont feed his village if Buhari wins he wont feed his village, and nothing will
change ,there is no time a govt will solve all your
problems. There are more beggars and homeless
people in the U.S than Nigeria even in Obamas backyard in Chicago homeless people queue up
for food hand outs daily.STOP PUSHING NIGERIA
TO WAR WITH SO MUCH HATE ON SOCIAL
MEDIA BE WARNED OF WHAT THE RADIO DID TO RWANDA. We might not live to tell the STORY.Lets preach LOVE and KINDNESS Partners.
Stay safe

Amaechi is also not under GEJ, he joined APC. What is your point? It is even easier to deal with him with EFCC under opposition?

GEJ has being very brutal in a subtle way, he tries to feign ignorance ., GEJ is weak and wicked, but not lenient, it sounds like irony right ? , yes, do not be deceived. he was well involved in 16 > 19 (governors forum), and 5 > 27 (rivers house of assembly), Mbu (former rivers state police commissioner), judiciary palaver , e.t.c GEJ has dealt with amaechi so brutally, and the reason Amaechi could stand was he performed well, and gained the support and sympathy of his people.

He moved to Edo state with the same evil plan, tried to buy more opposition apc house of assembly members to gain majority for PDP, and see to an impeachment of Edo state governor, he failed in that evil plan. he suceeded in Adamawa, failed in Nassarawa, he also saw a loophole in Oyo state house of assembly composition, but could not see through his evil plan, PDP was on an impeachment galore plan, obviously sanctioned by the president. Ekitigate is still fresh bro, we saw how far with the use of Military and Ministers, one was caught on tape saying he was "not on a tea party, but on a mission for the president".

Chai, you are talking facts Bro. I wonder how a person wt sound judgement will opine that Jona follows due process. That is far from the truth!

His petroleum minister refused to go to the elected representatives of the people to explain how she utilised resources under her control.
That alone is a valid ground for him not to be voted for.

You forgot to add the Ekiti house of Assembly palaver where about 5/6 members have taken over the house and are actively supported by the police.

What people don't understand is that Jonathan encourages impunity and trampling of the rule of law. He will thereafter come to the cameras smiling and feigning ignorance.

If the guy is given another 4 yrs, he will totally mess up this country. He will turn Nigeria into a one party state, use state resources to buy up the media and opposing views as seen during this electioneering period, he will even use state resources to buy up Members of the National Assembly to elongate his tenure.

But thanks to God, he is going to be kicked out today.

#NeverAgainWill such a desperado rule Nigeria!

He sacrificed working for the masses just because of his 2nd term ambition. Instead of working towards pleasing the masses, he instead was pleasing some vested interests just to ensure his 2nd term ambition scales through.

He will get a damning quit notice from us today.

I am so glad that Nigerians are seeing the truth about GEJ irrespective of origin or religion.
We have to send a message to politicians that performance matters in Nigeria.

I just had some conversations with some SS friends and even they agree that GEJ has failed woefully, though a few still plan to vote him as per their brother. I had to sensitize them on why we need GEJ out irrespective of religion or tribe.

It appears the SE is supporting GEJ more than the SS from my interactions.

We have to kick GEJ out. Period.
