Its not a proxy setting actually.it works with ur default etisalat setting.
If u get a success msg on using ds code...*229*5*7#, dn let me know. It means u r on point. Odawise....

Now since u r on point, all u need do is ensure u av mb on ur sim, even if its 0mb. Either u load #100 4 5mb usable for 7days or put ur sim in a torchlight fone and buy 1mb for #5 usable for 1day by dialing *330*1#. Ds tweak is unlimited browsin and dwnloads but with som conditions..
1. Downld and install hotspot shield elite latest versions 4 both android and computer
2. D cheat hs an active period of 55mins. I.e, after every 55mins, deactivate ur data wait 7mins, reactivate again.
Also ensure u av min balance of #15
