InvertedHammer: But we are here in the court of public opinion. Neither of us has seen the case files so we can only go on hearsay at best. Not all fugitives goes onto BOLOs or Interpol. He's simply a person of interest to the U.S., I'm certain that we have his biometrics from his UK arrest so he'll flag up in the system. 1 Like |

CityNG:/ You don't have all the available information neither do I. But the ones that have it acquitted him. Did you hear that US government filed an appeal against the UK judgment? Why not? It may be public opinions alright but folks are sounding like they are on jury duty here. So..who is really going on a wild goose chase here? What I find hypocritical is that people are asking him to travel to USA to clear himself. Considering all the legal costs, does it make any sense especially coming from Nigerians that will tell you that "voooom is better than statement" because "I no follow" is N10,000? \ 3 Likes 1 Share |

InvertedHammer: We're going around in circles. You don't believe he's guilty I get. Well I believe that he's guilty based on the facts that have been presented. Nothing will shake me away from that opinion unless and until a U.S. Court clears him. UK court only looked at extradition and did not look at the criminal case. We'll get him now for sure. It's just a matter of time. Semper Fi. Evil doers, you can run but you'll just die tired. 2 Likes |

People are funny; suggesting that he should spend his money on flight ticket and his time to go "clear his name". Is it the US judicial system that is now so infallible that they cannot make mistakes (either unintentional or intentional)? Go check on people being freed by The Innocence Project. If the US think he's a drug baron and want him so badly, they know how they do. 3 Likes 1 Share |

No matter how weird it sounds, the simplest way for Buruji to communicate his freedom to all Nigerians is to take a trip to the USA, taking pictures and video evidence of his trip. It makes a strong statement that he is indeed not a criminal Make Hin no 'bobo' us with this long, worthless epistle Hin just dey 9ja dey form explanation. Go visit USA before your inauguration if dem born you well. #EOD 1 Like |

InvertedHammer:According to the AP news report, The Federal government has refused to extradict him back to US. Its not the responsibilty of the US government to go to Nigeria court and ask for his extradition. Its the responsibility of the federal government to honor the US indictment and extradition request. Stop supporting corrupt politicians. The US government is not witch hurting anybody. The right thing for him to do is to go clear his name since he said its a mistaken identity. The federal government should be fair because if it was ordinary citizens like me and you, we would have be extradited to the US. Anyway, thank God Buhari is taking over so its no longer business as usual for people politicians like Senator Buruji and Senator Joshua Dariye who have intelpol warrant out on them 1 Like |

I personally don't believe that Buruji Kashamu is a wanted fugitive in the U.S. if he was, his name would be on the FBI's Most Wanted List. The U.S. has an extradition treaty with Nigeria and they have an embassy here, if they truly want Kashamu, they would have made an extradition request to the Nigerian Government but they never did. Interpol also exists yet the last I checked, Kashamu' s name is not on the list of international fugitives maintained by Interpol. If truly the U.S. wants him, they know what to do. Kashamu has nothing to prove as the onus is on those allegedly looking for him to get him. He is not a ghost. 1 Like |

This man is a certified criminal, his name is even the surest proof. No Yoruba true - born bears Buruji Kashamu, Buruji and Kashamu are accolades of a rich man. His real name is Alhaji Esho Jinadu, biggest drug Lord in Benin Republic. He ventured into politics to launder his wealth and provide cover for himself. He doesn't even need to visit the USA, a trip to Walter Carrington@ V.I. will do. 1 Like |

I see the connection. Both lived in Chicago, IL and got indicted by U.S. court in Northen Illinois. Tinubu got tried by the court and paid fines and agreed to forfeit his proceeds from his drug related funds in the bank. Time for this man to face the court like his mentor, Tinubu.. BTW, APC and PDP thugs died for these criminals. |

logica:/ / Don't mind them. As if opinions in NL count for anythIng in this case. The man couldn't be extradited from UK because they couldn't prove their case against him. He has been elected as a senator. Anyone that wants to lose sleep over that can go ahead. It is what it is. Listening to some of these folks one would think US legal system is perfect. They tried. They failed. Case closed. \ 1 Like 1 Share |
