It MAY be true that he was never arrested or convicted but it is also true that he was INDICTED and charged to court.

Rather than face the FULL wrath of the law Ogbeni Ojuyobo acted like a smart crook that he has always been and paid off with the forfeiture of $460,000 for his drug money laundering business while PRETENDING to be acting for NADECO and fighting for June 12.
