Brother dont be so sure. U never can tell what will still happen between now and monday 25th May or even after that day. The fact that all APLs have been signed and sent to the various collection and training centers does not mean that more will not be signed and sent. Pls dont be so certain. We are in Nigeria and U are not one of those handling the process.

Without collecting a dime, than..common, your sentence specifically states that though he didn't collect money, he only collected #400. Please go and rewrite it...it is very much misleading. Even a blind man will conclude that he requested for the recharge card
