Maybe u can try to increase the fiber intake for ur LO cos it helps to smoothen the bowel movement, easier for them to go poo poo. So i suggest u to get those baby food with high fibre content that u can get them easily at departmental stores... alot of range one, try see see for urself which flavor u'll prefer for ur LO

I totally agree!!! Pls stay away from herbal remedies (agbo) for ur los. I used agbo for elaa for my almost 7month lo at 2k nd landed in hosp wit 22,700. D infection in ha blood was extremely high! Thank God I took ha to d hosp in time, it wud hv bin a different case (God 4bid)!

I've learnt a very BIG lesson!!!

My LO is 4mths plus & she has been scratching her gum, have been advised 2 use teething powder (hav been giving d advice since she was 40days though i did not yield). Pls mothers that hav gone through teeting stage did u use anything b4 d emergenc of d teeth. If Yes or No pls gv reasons cos i want 2 be sure of what 2 do. Am @ a dilema.

You dont need teething powder. Just get a teething ring, put it in the fridge/freezer to cool it, and then give your baby to chew on.

I really hope other mothers read this. When I advise mothers not to give agbo, they make it seem as if you are forming tus hhh. Agbo is herbal,yea...herbal drugs are good yea....but does Agbo have a dosage? NOOOO. The regular drugs you take have been researched and the appropriate dosage stated....but not agbo. Agbo is also majorly cooked in an unsanitary manner....add that to the no dosage thing, and you have a recipe for disaster. These babies are still young. Just because adults take it does not make it right for them.

Happy you learnt your lesson, and your baby is alive and well. I tell mothers, if anything happens to your baby, you will bear it! That old mama or that mil or that sil or that friend who gave you the advice will only cry for max 1 week....that's it! That person won't sleep in the hospital with your or pay your bills for you. Think twice.

Does she have fever? If no then no drugs required. Get a teething ring for her. Every child goes thru this stage.

Mamas relax, it took dat tummy 9gd months to stretch and get to dat size. So 3months is still too soon for it to go bk to its former size. Tell ur hubby to relax jare. Eat healthy. U can incorporate light exercises as ur body can tolerate eg walking, skipping. Give it time. it ll go down.

Mama its ur baby, so dont give in to pressure frm pple. U do not need to gv teething powder. U can get a teething ring as sm1 has said. Let him use to soothe his gums. Be sure to sterilize it well. Behave like u re in charge and kno wot u re doing, dat way, ur hubby will even listen to u and let u hv ur way. Tell him its a phase dat ll pass. Jisike
