The Right to life assured by the constitution perished if it is done in obedience of the Law. Someone is resisting arrest and he is talking of suing for damages. Anyways, lawyers need to collect money from his probably acquired drug wealth. The state will also collect filing fees advalorem to the amount claimed.

What about extraditing George Bush Jr to Iraq for killing a million Iraqis over the WMD lie or Tony Blair who visited GMB? Obama should be at the Hague for destroying Libya. I am not vouching for Kashimu but the US should not claim to be the good guys here.

Somethings did not add up in this Kashamu's case. Britain has declared him free as US failed to tender evidence. This may be a case of Mistaken Identity or witch-hunting, NDLEA should be careful the way they handle this. it may backfire on them if after all USA could not nail him with sufficient evidence to convince the court, then NDLEA will be at the mercy of the man.

Alhaji has more than a few skeletons in his cupboard and it was just a matter of time before the cookie crumbled. A man whose story was adapted into a popular US TV series called 'orange is the new black'. If truly it's a case of mistaken identity, why not put your faith in the US justice system and go 'answer a few questions'? If the guy had just let the proceedings against him go ahead in the 90s, him for don almost finish the jail term, still come contest for the political position for Naija. After all, he wouldn't be the first ko!

If he is actually a suspect, he wouldn't have been able to be going to US as he has being doing.
