Loneliness has always been an issue since creation. Despite adam had a relationship with God in the garden(time not specified), God still resolve that Adam was lonely. And guess the remedy, it was Adam's flesh to flesh and bone to bone called Eve. Note that it was not adam girlfriend but his soul mate.

Answer: Remedy is finding one's soul mate. What a beautiful thing it will be.
