Yes. The exco chat is compulsory for all experienced hires. I don't know about fresh graduates. It comes at any point in the process.

That could be the exco chat if the panel was delegated by the ED of PBB. He usually does it himself.

Thank you I'll keep the hope alive. But one thing I don't really know is why the bank has chosen not to get back to successful applicants as well as sending out regret mail. I think it would go a long way in solving most of these problems that have to do with waiting
