My advice to lagtech is to check the dictionary for the meaning of the word "refund" and "partial refund".

U delivered three dell dual laptops with one missing battery which I paid jimmy to buy a new one for me.
U made a refund of 25k out of the 75k challenge.
The whole money for the 10 laptops was 300.in which I paid u 200.
Even the configuration of the three dual cores u sent was not our normal configurations.
And this biz was started on September 2014.
