This ranking is totally misleading as it is based on the number of Countries one can enter without visa.
According to the Netherland's embassy unit on Passport Fraud and Document Forgery, Nigeria's e-passport is one of the most secured and expensive in the World. This is because of its high security features. This grading is equally recognized as true by ICAO.
Finally, the number of Countries one can enter without visa does not determine the ranking of a Nation's passport but it's security features.
Visa abolition Agreements between Nations is what informs the entry of a Nation by Nationals of another without visa.
