Ur response is why we are suffering from over billing from phcn when there is no light to show for it,is why we are still paying bail charge in police station while government continue informing us is illegal,that is why communication(network providers) companies continue deducting our credits and draining us without value to our money,yet we say haba is just a chikini money,why we continue enriching them and encouraging corruption and also neglecting our rights, we need more of Gloria young who can spend more than the

N20, 000 is a big deal, because that is even more than the monthly salary of majority of Nigerians.
I had a similar experience of the same amount at the First Bank ATM on campus at UNILAG, but after reporting the dispense error to my bank, GTBank, my N20, 000 was returned without long delay.

Madam, you did the right thing.Banks these days are been managed by fraudsters who only take advantage of their customers. The official of the bank who is in charge of loading the ATM is response for the theft.At the end of the day's transaction, he was supposed to have seen an excess amount but he kept it to himself.


Many people has been going through same issue with most of these banks and at the point you report the case, they will even blame you that the machine actually dispensed the money.

Same way I went to one of the ATM's to draw money, only for the machine to dispense along with Fake currency.I only discovered that when I went to fuel my car.
