That makes it simpler, or not?

d ansa remains d same

Let me wake you up!
The quetion is
3+3*3-3+3
3+3*3+(-3+3) you can't put - out of () and left the other 3 positive,if you put - out () you suppose to have this:
3+3*3-(3-3)
3+9-(0)
12

Very simple. ..

Use BODMAS

The correct answer is 6

So ur Bodmas give u 6?

Easy and simple way to remember BODMAS rule!!
B → Brackets first (parentheses)
O → Of (orders i.e. Powers and Square Roots, Cube Roots, etc.)
DM → Division and Multiplication (start from left to right)
AS → Addition and Subtraction (start from left to right)
Note:
(i) Start Divide/Multiply from left side to right side since they perform equally.
(ii) Start Add/Subtract from left side to right side since they perform equally.

Steps to simplify the order of operation using BODMAS rule:
First part of an equation is start solving inside the 'Brackets'.
For Example; (6 + 4) × 5
First solve inside ‘brackets’ 6 + 4 = 10, then 10 × 5 = 50.

Next solve the mathematical 'Of'.
For Example; 3 of 4 + 9
First solve ‘of’ 3 × 4 = 12, then 12 + 9 = 21.

Next, the part of the equation is to calculate 'Division' and 'Multiplication'.
We know that, when division and multiplication follow one another, then their order in that part of the equation is solved from left side to right side.
For Example; 15 ÷ 3 × 1 ÷ 5
‘Multiplication’ and ‘Division’ perform equally, so calculate from left to right side. First solve 15 ÷ 3 = 5, then 5 × 1 = 5, then 5 ÷ 5 = 1.

In the last part of the equation is to calculate 'Addition' and 'Subtraction'. We know that, when addition and subtraction follow one another, then their order in that part of the equation is solved from left side to right side.
For Example; 7 + 19 - 11 + 13
‘Addition’ and ‘Subtraction’ perform equally, so calculate from left to right side. First solve 7 + 19 = 26, then 26 - 11 = 15 and then 15 + 13 = 28.
These are simple rules need to be followed for simplifying or calculating using BODMAS rule.

In brief, after we perform "B" and "O", start from left side to right side by solving any "grin"or "M" as we find them. Then start from left side to right side solving any "A" or "S" as we find them.

The rule BODMAS is just to clarify people when you find equations like the one @Op has given. If one has an equation like this: 13+2-5+6, I cud ignore bodmas and still get my answer i.e (2-5) first= -3+6=3 and finally 13+3=16. Division too, the same way 3*5*4÷2-- I cud start with 4÷2= 2, then 2*5*3=30...simple as ABC.. The ans to the Op's question is 12... I did quote you to let you know that there is nothing like "( going from left to right). " Though, I stand to be corrected.

ode Lason answer is

Bodmas

No BOD so left with MAS

3 X 3 = 9 M

3+9=12 and 3+3 = 6 A

Then S

12 - 6 = 6

So -3 + 3 gives u -6?

Na wao! Just type the expression directly into a scientific calculator and see the answer.

Type: 3+9-3+6 and tell us the answer!

3+3*3-3+3
Or you can apply bodmas rule to get the correct answer

3+9-3+3 multiply 3*3 first. (3+9)=12 and (-3+3)=0
Therefore
12+0=12

If

(a)3+3*3-3+3=6
All of You SHOUTING 6 should answer this:

(b)3+3*3-3-3=??

How is (a) the same as (b)

3+3*3-3+3=12

Take it or Leave it

The right answer is 6. It's just like saying 3+(3*3)-(3+3)=3+9-6=6.
It's just a mental sum

@josh99: I'm afraid ur tweaking of d given equation is given u more problem than u can handle. If I borrow frm ur line of reasoning, I.e: 3+(3*3)-(3+3) =3+9-6=6. Now my friend u r so wrong cos if I expand ur line of reasoning above: 3+(3*3)-(3+3) = 3+(3*3)-3-3 which happens to be a deviation frm d given equation. But if u had changed d last +3 to a -3 cos of d introduction of ur bracket then u shuld be fine. That is:
3+(3*3)-(3-3) = 3+9-0=12.

BODMAS. 3+(3x3) -(3+3)=3+9-6=12-6=6

Corrections: -3+3 not = to -(3+3)
Let us check -(3+3)=-3-3 if you multiply the braket of 3+3 by negative.
So -3+3 must remain the same=0
