I’m always quick to “jump” on shoptomydoor’s facebook page, via their inbox, to compliment, inquire or lodge a complaint whenever the need arises and the response has always been swift and awesome- the same thing goes for their email channel.

Having been a customer since they were aascargo, I believe they mean business due to their superb tracking information from departure to final delivery of items/goods.

My package(Order number 67596) was delivered before scheduled date, as usual, while I expect some other packages next week. My US warehouse also “welcomed” my recent order from a popular American shoe website just yesterday. Hoolaa, I love shoptomydoor!

I have never had any item misplaced, lost or damage during shipment by shoptomydoor and I will never experience such. Strong believe, right? YES.

Was really confused About signing up with them becos of d previous comment I saw here on nairaland and Facebook,later went through d testimonies on their site and was impressed.

I Was contacted someone hours later that a item was delivered to my warehouse.
tracking of shipment was so easy and affordable

Would highly recommend www.shoptomydoor.com for online US, UK and China shoppers.

Previously, after trying many other shipping companies, I found out that shoptomydoor offers the lowest shipping rates to Nigeria!
I was really impressed with the service and efficiency of this company, it took less than 12 days for Order id: #66811 after shipping fee was paid as stated by shoptomydoor to receiving my parcels in Lagos, Nigeria. No hassle whatsoever.

How is Lokoja. I hope the weather is treating you fine. Sorry but l did not check your handle. I unfortunately don have time to do that. I am busy but have decided to take at least 30 minutes everyday to listen to customers whom l know share some of these frustrations online. So while l do this, l typically dont have the time to dig too much.

For me, l worry more about what customers are saying than about what competitors are doing. While its good to know their activity, my been here on nairaland personally shows that l am more interested in customer comments. All the same, now that you have identified yourself as a real customer, l will treat you initial issues where it should be. See the first message you posted for my responses.

I will appreciate it if you could then please look into my case at least after several calls to your USA office, several invoices . If for anything, you should realise how much i could have spent on phone calls alone . My details are as follows:

My warehouse has not been updated since. I have sent my invoice almost thrice now recently, I emailed the pictures of the item, receipt of payment through PayPal, copy of order from ebay etc.to help your warehouse dept to search for it.
This is my sixth order from your office and no issues whatsoever, I will appreciate your quick intervention on this.

Apologies for the late response. Been pretty busy, l am able to review posts here not too often but will always make out time to see how customers are doing.

Please contact customer service via email. We respond within 24 hours typically. If your item has not been updated, then it could be that the item was sent to us without the correct unit number and hence its kept for re-sorting to verify the actual owner. We do lots of checks to be sure each item is assigned to the right customer. Once in a while we have companies who send items without the label printing the unit number on the shipping label. But this is easily sorted.

Secondly, like Shoptomydoor's core promise to all customers (http://www.shoptomydoor.com/GuaranteedDelivery.html) if anything happens to your order, you need not worry at all. We will completely replace it as well as any shipping cost paid.

Once you have provided these details, it sure will be sorted out.

When such happens, we request for various details to ensure items are not updated to the wrong customer. I have spoken with customer service on this and this issue will be resolved speedily. Apologies for the delay but in future make sure that you address your items with you correct address and it MUST have the unit number as part of it.

I see there has been numerous back and forth between you and our customer service team requesting for invoice that will show your full name. This is how my stuff was well assembled in the Shoptomydoor package, I have shipped with them since 2014 and have spend more than 1million Naira on shipping alone, I dont think you can trust any other. More packages coming in.

Sincerely , The charge is way out of the box, i must say that is crazy , Imagine having Shoptomydoor shipping charge to be 100dollars and Customs clearing to be 80dollars, Mehn!!!! The whole thing being shipped is even less than 100dollars, with this improvements, there is gonna be a great "slow down" in business, Sincerely, it cant work that way, anyway,i already have them delivered ,having to ignore them in my warehouse will generate more funds, so got no choice to ship out, but not after creating a hole in my pocket.

First and foremost, let me personally thank you for attending to my issues despite your tight schedule. My warehouse was finally updated as you promised. I also like to show my gratitude to many of your customer service staff whom I spoke with in the cause of this issue, namely Andrew, Hannah,Debbie and Irene they are all wonderful for the way they kept telling me that I should not worry and that the dept handling the item are working on it. Let me also thank one Bisola( Lagos office) who personally directed me on phone while on my computer to get my invoice on Ebay. All this while, I was unable to do this, but only copy and paste which did not provide the information needed until she came to the rescue. Without her I never knew how to get such information to pdf format. Kudos to all mentioned and finally you the CEO having find time to look into my plight despite your tight schedule. Thank you all. I will surely do business with you again.

Dear Nduka Udeh,

My fear about the downward trend of your company is fast coming to reality. After my last review of your firm, I finally paid and had the two shipments sent to my via air freight. The shipments have the following order numbers 67313 and 67663. Order 67313 ended up being delivered to the wrong address but lucky for me, I was able to track down the address and retrieve my package via the tracking number that was provided. Now, I don't blame your company for this error, rather I blame Red Star Express cos my address and phone number was clearly printed on the shipping label and the delivery guy failed to give me a call like they normally used to in the past. But this next one, I think is solely your company's fault. After paying for the shipping, I was getting updates about the status of the two shipments via email. But suddenly, I stopped getting updates for the shipment with order number 67663. I assumed it was due to the same issue that I was having of not getting updates from u guys. But unfortunately, it isn't because I kept getting updates for order 67313 but not for 67663. Currently, it is past the due date I was supposed to receive my items and I'm yet to get it. I have emailed your staff as regards this issue and so far, nothing has been done except wait for 48hrs to tell me that it will be forwarded to the appropriate unit and they will get in touch.

I only hope that my shipment hasn't been lost, misplaced nor damaged cos that will really be a terrible thing to happen. Kindly look into this matter please.

I got my redstar tracking number today and on tracking 1 of my packages, redstar tracking number: 068119 for my package to be delivered to me tomorrow (18th August 2015) But on tracking it.. I was shocked to see Arrived at Sort Facility ABA... Are you guys kidding me... I Stay In Surulere Lagos... Below is what i saw when i tracked in on their website
