I was charged @ N234 to the $ and refunded at N199 to the $. Almost 10k difference.that is what I call stealing!!!

Seriously if CBN is advertising cashless policy why should they allow banks charge whatever they feel like at the fx market? Or them dey print cash again for cashless policy. Lols

GTBank still charged me 225 this morning plus the $300 daily cumulative limit still stands...had to call GTConnect to confirm this when my transaction was declined twice by PayPal.

Pursue it to the last kobo especially the "FEES" charged which you can see in the fees section on your web login portal if you
are using any of their prepaid cards.

it is better to copy every mail you are sending to cbn to them -UBA also so that they will know that you mean bussiness.

They are thieves

I used their Africard to pay 173.55$ of which they charged me 241N/$ on the 8th and it was credited back on the 11th at N193/$ as a result of refund issued by the seller making me to be short of about N8,000.

I've been on the issue and I will not let them rest until they credit me back in full.
