Hello Ladies,

I plan on preparing goat meat pepper-soup plus yam before the end of this week for the first time ever, but I'm a bit confuse on something.

Please, at what stage do I add the yam as I intend cooking it together with the pepper-soup?

Also, I've read how to prepare it online plus the little knowledge I've already, but I'll still appreciate if anyone can give me a detailed step on how to go about preparing it.

Thanks in anticipation.

Goat meat takes time to soften and what we have now is new yam it doesn't take time to done. so when the goat meat is almost done add the yam. Allow it to be well cooked coz u will enjoy it when it's really soft.
