Dikko was one of d best CGC ever.. Though he over stayed, n d timing of his resignation isn't rili d best taking into cognizance d recent spate of probes . . He probably shld have left earlier. But dat nt withstanding, u can not take away his many achievement in d Service... whether Buhari probes him or not, Dikko did remarkably well.
