Not Tecno, Itel, or any other sh!t-tier android phone.
There's a reason why brands like Samsung, LG, HTC etc are popular all over the world, while techno and the rest are only known in Africa.

A friend bought a Samsung galaxy s6 and got cracked the same day... What da f are you saying then!? Been using my techno r7 for 1 year plus and if you see am, you go think say I just buy...

It's all about maintenance. Phones Na gadget, if e fall e go scatter! FORGET BRANDS!!!

How is that Samsung's fault?

I was speaking software and hardware wise.

I've used the R7 too.
The screen went blind in its own within a week, and they refused to replace it under warranty.
Replaced the screen, the phone fell from a fucking stool and the screen shattered.
I've had it with tecno.

Unlucky for you, you should be more careful with Android phones generally.. They're too fragile.

Seems like a hardware problem. Take it to a reputable phone engineer.
What settings do you need to tinker with?
Try another camera application.
Since you have a custom recovery, backup your system&data via recovery mode Then factory reset and reinstall the ROM. If the problems persist flash the stock ROM.
You can backup your apps using titanium backup.
-Hope this helps. Cheers.

yes it is a hardware problem.
can you recommend a good engineer for me?
I stay at Ogun state, but I wouldn't mind coming to Lagos.

You can go to Computer Village or any reputable engineer. Jaiyu phones are not popular in Nigeria so parts nay be scarce. Maybe you can order online?

Is your phone carrier branded ? ie T-Mobile,AT&T etc?
