I doubt it, and frankly am not keen to risk it; the bigger issue is I need the H1 to re-enter the US.

Since you've been approved, I don't think you should have issues. You can contact OjaP or LagosNIV

But on a Serious Note,Why do Folks here find pleasure in dissing people unnecessarily?Whether true or not,I think nobody has the right to say Ill of anybody.Nobody should come here and claim Mr Know all..or claim being the Holiest..As nobody Holy Pass..I know a whole lot of lies is being peddled around here,But still yet, there are lots of Facts which i also make use of..America does not belong to anybody's Father or Mother,so if you've got the chance of being there, you have no right to talk to anybody,anyhow..

clear conscience fears no accusation. I wasn't even referring to the kid, didn't even quote him. He just jumped in with his ugly pitbull face to brag with his useless minimum wage factory job.
Its OK bro. Things like this isn't needed here. Let's just keep this thread moving without this drama. Just let it go bro

Cool, thanks. That's a bit tricky for me because I'm switching from F1 status and an expired F1 visa. So if anything goes wrong I won't be able to re-enter the US right away.

Also, there's this: http://canada.usembassy.gov/mobile//visas/visas/categories-and-requirements/important-notice-for-applicants-with-a-visitors-permit-to-canada2.html

"With rare exceptions, visa applicants temporarily visiting Canada should apply at the U.S. Consular Section in their country of residence. If the applicant is not a resident of Canada, interviewing officers at the U.S. Consular Sections in Canada may not have experience in evaluating the circumstances in the applicant's country of residence. The applicant will, therefore, have greater difficulty establishing eligibility for a U.S. visa in Canada than would be experienced in the applicant's home country.

A substantial percentage of visitors to Canada are denied visas under these circumstances. Consequently, we strongly urge visitors to Canada to apply for U.S. visas in their country of residence."

I sent you a Pm

Yup, if you have a valid Canadian visa. But if going for a visa interview there, and you are denied or placed on long admin processing time, you'd have to return to Nigeria directly from there and wait till you're approved...if on long admin processing. If denied, then you'd need to re-apply in Nigeria.

The Yup sounds funny. It's clear you can enter Canada with a valid Canadian visa Ofcourse as well as a valid F-1 visa if you're still in status. But I wanted to know if he can enter with his expired F-1
