Fine he his old buh has he got something to offer the people of ekiti..........we all voted PMB cos he has somtin to offer us...........nd thats whre i go for APC nd leave PDP.......ts nt just about appointing pple but how well can they perform............i believe the appointed this man there just for being there nd to score cheap points....but in the long run Nigeria need to go pass all of this to get to the promise land.......

when d finances of d state allows him to...to him, d welfae of his pple is number 1...and I agree with him.

he doesnt owe salary cos he wouldn't use dia salary to complete a project while they die of hunger.

up to date payment of salary is a project too.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State Friday appointed a 72-year old Carpenter and illiterate, Mr Olatunde Afolayan as the caretaker chairman of Moba Local Government.

Fayose, also sworn in members of the State Independent Electoral Commission, headed by a retired Chief Judge of the State, Justice Kayode Bamisile , to be able to conduct local government elections before the end of the year.

After administering the oaths on the appointees, Fayose told President Muhammadu Buhari to remove Mrs Amina Zakari as the Acting Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, while also urging him to be  equitable  in appointing the National Electoral Commissioners.

Afolayan, who was sworn-in as caretaker chairman of Moba local Government , was inaugurated alongside Mrs Omolara Bayode Ayeni and Mr Owolabi Ajewole, who were to superintend over Ikole and Ijero Councils respectively, following resignation of those that had earlier appointed by the governor.

Fayose is a dunce. Sorry for Ekiti State. When a governor behaves like this, then how does he intend to motivate people to go to school? He is just saying education is unnecessary as anyone, education or no education, qualified or no qualified (Borrowing Tinubu defending Buhari's words) can govern.
These people are clowns just making mockery of governance. The Nigerian future generation are the ones who will suffer for all these nonsense.

That was for the presidency of 4 year duration.

We're talking about local government council of 3 month duration here.

You cannot compare the rigorous duty of presidency for 4 years and that of council caretaker chairman of 3 months.


Even Buhari himself stood on the side of Temitemi's role model on this one: There is a limit to what I can do at 72 - President Muhammadu Buhari, 2015.
