2. Ibadan
Many people have the notion that Ibadan is still that ancient town with panoramic brick townhouses our fore-fathers lived in. Well, that is no longer the case, there is much more to experience in this metropolis. The underrated city has been reborn in the past few years with upscale neigbourhood, beautiful hotels and restaurants – even local ‘bukas’ such as Mama Ope Buka at Mokola has stepped up its game. Places like Agodi gate has been restructured and no longer as rowdy as it used to be. You will find great street foods – local specialties such as ‘Amala and Ewedu with roundabout meats’ – this makes this city more memorable. Nightlife in Ibadan is exciting, especially in the trendy part of the city – live music, clubs and bars, you will surely be entertained. Low living and housing cost, big business interests – lots of companies ( both local and International) are opening branches in Ibadan. Everything is now bigger and better in Ibadan.
These people are neat.

I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH ONITSHA IN THE LIST.
HEAVY CRIME ABOUND THERE AND AMENITIES IS A MINUS.
I PREFER OWERRI TO ONITSHA IN THE EAST.

By informative I mean in the context for say foreigners/tourists that wish to come to Naija, in a lot of tourist brochures mainly Lagos, Abuja, Calabar are mentioned.

It nice to see other places that dont have such high recognition, I mean not everyone wants to be in fast pace places 24/7 on holiday.

Tranquility also essential and having down time in a more quieter surrounding.

Op I think it's pertinent to correct to you on this, Abuja, lagos and port harcourt are the most famous cities in Nigeria. How can calabar be more famous than the oil and gas hub of Africa's most populous nation, common Op what the hell were you thinking When you put calabar there?

Op the ones you've mentioned are more like towns than cities. Google the word "city".

Enugu has never been an underrated city. It has always been a city highly rated by Nigerians and foreigners. Coal city has the best layout of any city I have visited in Nigeria.

Enugu too gan. I love that city die. I agree with the rest except Onitsha. What's Onitsha doing there? Can't live there even if I'm paid a 100k a month without working. Never seen a city as disorganised and touty as osha.
