He loves you TRULY and if he's the hustling type. Hustlers try to manage the 24hrs in a day especially in the US hence no room for nonsense.

If he has and KNOWS that he has family responsibilities at home. This will surely shift his attention away from social life thereby making him to be more faithful to you. Guys in the diaspora are more faithful than the ones at home due to the system they are in. They don't sleep around for the fear of the unknown(child's support, rape set-up, etc).
