in fact we eat it much more than you guys do. We call it "eni zowa"..meaning soup made from beans. It goes well with tuwon shinkafa(tuwo rice).. ..although I have tasted it and it tastes really great, we don't mix it with ewedu...that's like "soup riot" to "some" of us cheesy

Hahaha! My bros, I like am o! When I was little, I was eating it constantly from morning till night to the extent my grandmum was complaining! undecided

It was until then I was introduced to rice and other Aje butter foods! grin

But Amala and Ewedu is still my best!

@ Op, the list is incomplete so long you did not add these delicacies: Fio-fio (agbungbu) and Ukwa. English names are Pigeon pea( cajanus Cajan) and Bread fruit.
