We've all got to move on sometime. Fairplay to Enyama, he has laced his boots for every major football event up to the world cup and lifted a fair few trophies, he has nothing left to prove.

I am highly disappointed in Oliseh. That is not the way to treat our most committed & consistent SE player over the last few years.

Sunday Oliseh, I hope the reason why you meted out this harsh treatment on Enyeama is because he fvcked your wife. If it is because he came late after burying his mum then yak Abasi umia ufen. Ndisime owo uneghe

A most respectable and responsible bow out! Oliseh got this wrong. Enyeama just lost his mother and buried her this weekend. That he got to camp barely 48 hours after he buried his mother, when he should be in mourning, speak volumes of his patriotism and love for country. That he arrived camp late is therefore understandable. That Oliseh refused to show empathy but rather displayed complete lack of tact and communication skills leave so much to be desired. As it is now, we haven't heard the full story but one thing is clear, if you lose your mother so dear to you, it is understandable when you display emotions. For now, Oliseh disappointed me.

Oliseh doesn't know how 2 manage players.
This team is divided already.

Another reasoning for not picking up Nation cup ticket.

Oliseh is just another doom

You're too judgemental take it easy bro

Not exactly true. Regardless the prevailing circumstance that led to him being strip off captainship he'd have still throw in the towel. The main grouse here is ego and the perceived shame of feauturing in the team without his habitual captain role.

I'm sure his quitting the team didn't come as a surprise to Oliseh as stripping him off his captain assignment is a brazen attack undermining his person and an indirect message that his service is no longer needed in the team.

I respect his decision and I'd do same if I were him as I can't be part of a team after being demoted to a regular player from the role of a captain. Oliseh's decision was influenced by his ego too and everyone have egos needless to say affluent guys like them.

I get, but he could have still punished him by other means...

Oliseh simply killed his passion/drive for the team by stripping him off as the captain suddenly. This is where Oliseh got it wrong.

Sending him packing won't do us any good. It's poor man management of you ask me. He is indispensable, yes but we should consider the fact that he just lost a loved one and probably that might affect his coming to camp on time. Maybe Oliseh has a beef for him a long time. But,the manager shouldn't have started like this.
