Personally I prefer a wooden crib, neva even considered a play pen. I saw this picture online and i got a good furniture guy to make something similar for me.

Please, a play pen is not a bed. If you find a good wooden crib, it is better and safer, the sides of a playpen are not rigid and [b]an infant CAN suffocate if she starts rolling and is pressed against the fabric on the sides.[/b]The playpen is for when the toddler is awake /alert.

Cribs with BUMPERS also have their concerns, it's has also been said to be linked to crib deaths, I wud say utmost care n vigilance is key in which ever choice u make for ur LO.
Also, Some cribs are dual (bed n play pen).
But I love wooden cribs, I already have one, I plan on using bumpers, but without frills n pads. Found one online called WONDER BUMPERS, it's said to be safer dan regular ones.
@ cuteaidomo u can watch videos on YouTube on How to make bumpers and a good tailor can replicate.

We were told during antenatal not to travel once u reach 6 months.I think dis ur journey will b quite long coupled with bumpy naija roads not adviceable however,if ure strong and d journey is so important u have no choice den u can travel.its up to u.but do evrytin possible to avoid stress on ur whole body.

If you are slightly anemic (less than 11. 0 haemogoblin level), you can raise it up by increasing water intake and eating green vegetables (think salads without the dressing or eating lettuce raw or some leafy veggie raw). I'm sure other mums can give helpful suggestions. And maybe your doctor may ask you to increase your Ferrous Sulphate/Fersolate/Iron tablet consumption (but do that only on doctor's orders).

I'm currently chewing 2 sticks of raw kale daily ( yuck yuck yuck! ) but my level rose by 0. 1 in a week.

on Mondays in d morning and evening... And on Thursday in the evening. Don't know how much... I had a Dr a personally requested for every ANC... So I we can't for sure tell you how all their Dr's are.

I no even know whether to call my own MS.. my mouth just dey bitter- it only feels ok when am eatin but as soon as I stop, back to status quo plus backpain, nausea, bloated, gassy & tiredness. & 2 think that I didn't feel all these in my first preg.. I never register for anc, still dey find beta hospital. Ph mamas, abeg help me with more recommendations o, tnk u.
