There must be a re-run and wike must not be allowed to participate but declearing PeTERSIDE as a winner is going to create serious public disobedience,we all know wike is a killer

You can't just ban him from contesting. I think that will be an infringement on his right

As a senior legal practioner and based on the proceedings and rulings so far, I see the election of wike been Annulled and Peter side declared the Winner.

Peterside cannot be declared winner. The election will be nullified and a re-run ordered. My gut feeling. The logical thing to do.

Wike should just accept the judgement, any appeal is a waste of time. The ground in which the election was annulled is genuine.

How I wish card readers was used in kano gov elections,or u want to tell me all those under age almajiris we saw on election day are credible electorate......Till now,no investigation to what killed the rec in kano.
APC is just after RIVERS and AKWA-IBOM,they can turn this country to only a single party,look @ what is happening in OSUN ruled by aregbesola,the masses are suffering,delayed salaries and he has even slash their salary.Cant we the masses fight our govt than fighting only PDP,with the media we should be able to fight any corrupt politician either from APC or PDP,but what I see most now in this present regime is,we are just fighting the past regime and not putting the present regime on their toes.

12:15 The voters- Mr. Wike’s witnesses- dodged questions under cross-examination and refused to answer questions on documents the petitioners confronted them with, the tribunal states
12:15 We are in agreement that the evidence of the witnesses of Wike and INEC is incredible and unreliable, Tribunal states

We still have a long way to go before the possibility of any re-run!! The appeal and supreme courts must affirm the judgement before any re-run is held!! In the interim Nyesom Wike remains the Governor of River state.
