That's the problem with most schools in Nigeria. I won't be surprised if it is University of Abuja. Anyway, there is always a way out. Just ask around in your school. There is no way they can send it except they want to help you upload it which doesn't really make sense because you can still download it. You can address it to 'British High Commission'.

Sis, don't bother about asking your school to upload it for you. You can give your school the address of the office of a family member. Preferably, a private firm preferably and then once your relative receives it, you can then collect it from him, scan and upload. You can thank me later.

Does my choosing any of the partner uni as 1st choice, make my application to be automatically that of chevening partner uni even as it still appears as Nig chevening. *confused*

In a application portal when applying, it was stated upload certificate or transcript...just angry I had to spend money to go process transcript when I have certificate..didn't know cert could be used...prior to application i read d scholarship opening nd it was transcript they wrote nd dat was y I went for my transcript..any way it's an opportunity to just have d transcript.

yes I think u re still on track....they said transcript nd didn't state dat your transcript must be sent from Your school, hence it doesn't need a formal cover letter.

hmmm your question got me kinda confuse...had to go read through chevening website....but from what is there, any UK university is allowed...it's doesn't necessarily have to be a partner of chevening....but to be on a safe side, u could just pick a partner Uni then...

As you applying for chevening, you can be applying to the universities too, before the deadline for submission some of the schools should have an offer for you

Universities and Companies (e.g Shell) makes up partners. To be considered for a partner scholarship, you MUST make the university your first choice (for University partner award) & your course MUST relate to what the company approves (for partner organizations' award). For partner sponsorship, you will be competing against others in the same category. Click on the partners link on the website to learn more.

If she gets an unconditional offer, it's fine, but this is not a criteria to be fulfilled before submission. Unconditional offer must however be secured by 14th July, 2016.

Applying for admission abroad may still require your transcripts and not certificate, so you have not wasted money

Pls I don't know if I can get help here,I am a graduate of chemistry education with 2.1,my questions is,am interested in management courses,but most courses I see are not related to my first degree...I have interest in IT,technology though have no qualifications in IT to back up...any idea of the courses to go for...cos Nov 3 is drawing close

Please. If one applies for his passport online ho long does it take before the passsport is delivered.

Once you meet the requirement of the course. Want to apply for it must not be related to r first degree you can go ahead

Guess that should be under science and innovation then, you can use the chevening search button, to search for related courses and schools that offers it.

Yes, I tot it wudnt earlier, but I discovered its compulsory, so please , go get your passport, I just got mine a few days back

I'm afraid it will. Though the advert states "Valid Passport or National ID" there's only a space for "passport number" and not "ID number" on the application portal, so go get a travel document asap Bro. CHEERS.

Submitted my application early this month. It seems I was too fast sha.

Don't apply for ur passport online, its better you go to the immigration office with your money, you will even get it on that same day. Applying for it online is wahala. Good luck.
