I do not believe you've been to Port Harcourt. The day you actually come to Port Harcourt then you will realise your mistakes. All the pictures you posted just proves Enugu has a lot of problems. Meanwhile where is the list of Enugu flyovers?

as far as pH, Onitsha, Ibadan, kano and Lagos is concerned, Enugu is more livable than those cities.

The other livable cities in Nigeria are calabar and uyo.
