Even if jonathan is a candidate, I will still not vote him cos he is a disgrace to niger delta and south. He had power to do a lot of things but decided to serve the abokis

Don't blame him so much. He is a man of peace. He wanted peace but it was impossible to please the north despite all his efforts.

Medicine after death and total hogwash. When nPDP (new PDP) agitators like Amaechi, Kwanwaso et al tried to insist GEJ provide a level playing field and throw the PDP presidential slot open to a democratic test of popularity it was the likes of the Dokpesi, Metuh et al that backed GEJ to ignore their demand and chase them away because Jonathan was "infallible" and could never lose the general election. Dokpesi even turned his AIT into Jonathan's private propaganda machine and 'attack dog' against Buhari. Well, the rest is history as they say and Nigeria is much better off for toppling GEJ before he toppled Nigeria.

Fielding Jonah was not a mistake allowing Jega to preside over the election was the mistake. Dude was working for his people, there was no way Jega was going to anounce a Jonah victory.

Dokpesi attributed the defeat to many errors committed by the party and its leadership, but asked Nigerians to forgive and forget.

He said, “We are aware that there were errors we made. We admit that we made mistakes and we have not met the expectation of Nigerians and we tender unreserved apologies for these mistakes.

“You must have seen the Ike Ekweremadu report on why we are apologising. There was no internal democracy, there was impunity within the party and there was no level-playing ground for members of the party. "

What a silly clown.

So PDP lost the elections not because of the endemic corruption, the violence, the insecurity, the brigandage, the kleptomania, the impunity, and the 16 years of deprivation.....

According to this dreamy old fart, PDP lost because of internal wranglings within the PDP.

PDP is NOT ready to change.

There is no harm in making a mistake and admitting that there was one, was is important to me is that they must stand as a viable and strong opposition to the reigning party. They must be ready to fight the good fight of opposition

The real mistake of PDP was fielding Jonathan in 2015. Jonathan was too unpopular and over-compromised. If the PDP fielded someone else, even if it was another Bayelsa man as their candidate in 2015, the PDP would have still been in power.

For many who voted Buhari in 2015, it wasnt really about a love for an old Buhari, it was rather in a bid to remove Jonathan, and yeah, it had nothing to do with Jonathan's tribe.

Not to worry Chief Dokpesi, apology noted!

You're forgiven and FORGOTTEN; and we will make sure such mistakes are not repeated, by not even voting PDP to power again.
