Which Yorubas are against Biafra?

We've been telling to go.

As per the stats culled up by a biafran, take it to the bank and start packing out of the sw.

Egbon, you need to fucos on these statistics.

Most SW states aren't doing bad in IGR, their problems are those huge expenditures and debts.

My analyses focus on Sustainability and Internal generated Revenue.

[SUSTAINABILITY ON SCALE 1-10
SOUTH-SOUTH produces= 5 states.
SOUTH-EAST produces= 2 states.
SOUTH-WEST produces= 2 states
NORTH produces = 1 state.

SUSTAINABILITY ON SCALE 11-20
SOUTH-SOUTH produces = 1 state.
SOUTH-EAST Produces = 3 states.
SOUTH-WEST produces= Nil
NORTH produces = 6 states.

TOTAL of Scales
SOUTH-SOUTH = 5+1=6 states. [2nd]
SOUTH-EAST = 2+3= 5 states.[3rd]
SOUTH-WEST = 2+0= 2 states[4th]
NORTH = 1+6=7 states. [1st]

----------------------------------------

INTERNAL GENERATED REVENUE on SCALE 1-10
SOUTH-SOUTH = 5 states.
SOUTH-EAST = 1 state.
SOUTH-WEST = 3 states
NORTH = 1 state.

INTERNAL GENERATED REVENUE ON SCALE 11-20
SOUTH-SOUTH = 1 state.
SOUTH-EAST = 3 states.
SOUTH-WEST = 2 states
NORTH = 4 states.

TOTAL of Scales
SOUTH-SOUTH = 5+1= 6 states.[1st]
SOUTH-EAST = 1+3= 4 states.[3rd]
SOUTH-WEST = 3+2= 5 states[2nd]
NORTH = 1+4= 5 states. [2nd]

against many opinion, the north produces the highest number of states on Sustainability and second to the highest on internal generated revenue.
and the almighty South-east couldn't beat North sustainability level

No doubt u people fail. U grouped the entire 19 northern state and compering it to 5 SE states. u de shame at all?

No wonder when i went to Oyo, i couldn't even find a decent hotel to sleep in. When i finally found a manageable one in Akinmurin area and i brought out my wallet to pay the bike man who carried me to the place, come see as the hungry looking security men started doing "dobale" for me because of the wad of Naira notes they saw in my wallet. Fear even catch me for the hotel make they no come slaughter me for night. I had to even turn the photograph of that their over-bleached Alaffin or is it Oba cos the guy's face was too scary when i turned off the light grin grin

Speaking objectively, I pity those who did not take college level statistics. Until you are able to understand the importance of this figure, do not celebrate your region yet. The truth is that statistical figures could be manipulated to favor any argument. When looking at this type of analysis were individual states are placed in groups, pay close attention to the following;

1) Outliners: Figures that are two large or two small to affect the outcome in that group.
2) Skwedness: How outcome is pulled either positively or negatively because of an individual
3) The statistical significance: A case where one naira difference would land a group in a positive position when in actual sense, it is insignificant.
4) Credibility: How the figures were obtained
5) social and Theoretical significance of figure: How figure actually translate to real life situation.
6) Bias and content analysis
7) Other variables.

What you said is definitely true. But as a lover of statistics tho not my major in sch I think the figures above is a representation of the truth. Now 3 variables were analysed and these variables can only be gotten from the ministries so the sources are genuine. Each state was analysed individually so the question of outliers doesn't really affect the overall result tho it is important to find out what made dem outliers. On the issue of skwedness the source the analysis technique used shows it wasn't skwed in favour of anyone. The degree of acceptable error, I do not know but I'm owhk with the overall analysis. You could share ur concerns tho. I stand to be corrected

Wonders shall never end. So the SW even needs the oyel money more than the SE?? Na wa ooo.

Yorubas should give thanks to God everyday for Lagos oooo. I now understand why Lagos had to separate themselves from other Yoruba states during the national conference, lol. When you read from Yorubas on nl you would think that they don't need Nigeria but you can see, just imagine without oyel money.

Truckpusher, come and see the regions that need more oyel money to survive oo.

Lagos sef is technically NOT a South West (as in Yoruba)state. With almost 50% of it's population not indigenous to South West, it cannot truly be classified a Yoruba state. Ascribing Lagos to SW is mere geography.
Off course, even in Nigerian constitution, Lagos is not part of Western region, Lagos is center of excellence built by combined efforts of all Nigerians and Federal oil money. Lagos been the capital of Nigeria for more than 30 years from 1960. The geopolitical zones is not in Nigerian constitution. Those claiming Lagos as their own is high on Oshogbo weed, is like a tribe in the north claiming Abuja as their own after massive input by FG and resourceful Nigerians to make it what it is today

So SW with all the sophistication even trailed behind SE the acclaimed "erosion and landlocked region".

The SS should ordinarily be leading in all ratings, considering the high allocation from Abuja per month.

the op only stated the part that will put across his point, he should have explained the whole research and not parts that suit him.
I have gone through it when it was released, been indebted doesn't mean poor. Unsustainable simply means somethings need to be checked in terms of fiscal policy. According to the report, osun borrowed for non-revenue generating projects like roads, schools, hospitals etc, in my view, that's not bad, but the government need to check it's workforce, because the report also indicated that the workforce recurrent expenditures grew from about 11b to 30b, which is not a responsible economic decision.
