nomanicole:Babies differ wt some having more sensitive skin than others...on the other hand could just be a mindset thing...asked my friends and cousins in the US abt diapers b4 I put to bed...all 3 of them had used abt 5 different diapers, switching from one to another within days without any issues....they got different types of diapers as gifts during their baby showers and used almost all..but since I had it ingrained in my brain that switching diapers had adverse effects...i waited till she was almost 3months before switching despite all testimonies I heard abt no issues arising from it 1 Like |

If you are a frequent flyer and would be travelling often with your twins my advice is to by a complete travel system (car seat, and stroller that can be used on its own so when they out grow the infant car seat you still have the stroller to use) if not look for Graco or Evenflo (if you are on a budget) car seat then buy a snap and go frame that you can fit the car seat on. In 2012, I applied alone to the US embassy after I got married to go for vacation. I was scheduled for the interview and I think it went well but I was denied. I was asked where I was going, where I work, who I was going to visit. Then I think I was asked if I intend to seek medical advice and I said No not at the moment but maybe later in the future ( I answered that way because I just got married and wasn’t event thinking child birth yet) . Then I was issued a white paper that my application was not successful. In December 2013, I applied again and this time around with my hubby. I also made arrangement with the hospital in Elpaso and they issued me a letter of introduction to the embassy (of which am sure they must have notified the embassy). We were asked about our places of work, then where we wanted to go (I responded that I was going to Oklahoma (my uncle sent me a letter) & Elpaso. Again we were both rejected and given a blue paper. I pregnant and was even showing then. I couldn’t place why I was denied because I mentioned the places I was going and if the VO needed me to talk more, he should have asked me what am I going for in Elpaso. In November 2015, I applied and scheduled my interview with my husband and son(22months) to same day, and we were denied: V.O: Are you all going on vacation? US: Yes V. O: How long do you intend to stay? US: 2weeks V.O: Where in America are you going? US: Oklahoma V.O: Why Oklahoma? US: Cuz our family is there. V.O: where do you work? US: we both answered V.O: Are you planning to seek medical attention during your holiday? US: I said No as we are away just for 2weeks. I was devasted as this was my 3rd time getting rejected. I was encouraged to apply again but I don’t know how soon to do so. And also am thinking I should just go and apply for medical as they keep asking me same thing. By the way am pregnant at the moment with due date mid next year. Please advise. *** NO HARSH OR RUDE COMMENTS BIKO*** 1 Like |

[quote author=missusadey post=40515950]I was told Walmart's parents choice diapers is better than huggies and pampers. I dnt know how true that is. Has anyone tried it out?[/quo\ I was using Pampers in US, got back and at some point my diaper finished and I needed some before the ones we where expecting arrived, so I got huggies, but my sister introduced us to parents choice, it was more affordable, and I was happy it was a good product and my daughter did not react to it. I think the child reacting to it matters a lot. But it is a good product. In comparism to huggies and pampers, I do not see a difference. |

shagaman: I hear say delta dey do small promo. you should check them out. Firstymum; My son used size one till he was 2 months old. Switched to size 2 which he used till he was 5/6 (can't remember exactly). He's using size 3 now, huggies, but should be moving to size 4 soon. Do your calculation. That will give you an idea of the quantity to bye for each size. Buy much more of size 3 and 4 though. |
