1. The guy would have taught him the Nigerian way. Go to a restaurant or an eatery and use their loo. He is making him feel peeing in the public is normal. If he did this in his country he would be sanctioned immediately. On many charges as a matter of fact. They pee in public too. It is mainly at night or hidden corners and believe me the streets and boulevards are washed. Why? Because people walk their dogs who poop and pee on the side walks. It was annoying at first, especially if you are taking a walk late in the night.

2. Anyway, how many public toilets are available in Nigeria. Just as we ask, how many trash bins are available on the streets of Lagos. Per square kilometer, I can count over 5 Toilets here and a waste bin every 20 meters, in some cases more and in some cases less the street.
