Baba has a good point, take him to any court in d world he wil win d case,to every1 dat is critisizing dis old man dis is my questions,do u alwaz ask 4 d source of money ur client or customer pays 4 ur service delivery? Did pastors alwaz ask 4 d source of ur tithe and offering dat u pay in church? Did driver and conductor always ask 4 d source of ur T.fare? If u can answer dis question then ur critisism is justified.d rule of life is bring ur cash and we strike d deal.If pmb want to critisize falae then he nid to answer same question ''did he ask 4 d source of money Tinubu and others used to financed him 4 d last election' 6 Likes |

fulanimafia: Seems you find it hard to reason with what you have in your head. The man is 5000% right. The money was not gotten directly from Dasuki, or the NSA office, nor was he told the money was from the arms deal by Tony Anenih. If a man (a discreet armed robber) pays his tithe in his church, and he was later caught by the law for his nefarious act, does it mean the security agency wld ask the church to refund the tithe paid by the thief? Anenih should be held, not Falae! |

BlackPeni5: Your argument is not totally wrong except that even you agree the last holder of the car actually paid money for it without knowing it was stolen. He has no business with you, and the car had nothing to suggest that it is a stolen car because the seller is a reputable car dealership. Now you show up and prove it is your car. What happens to the money he paid for the car? Can he be prosecuted for buying a car from a registered car dealership? What happens to the "support" Falae's party gave PDP in the SouthWest? Can he be prosecuted for collecting money from a known PDP chieftain who never said the money was embezzled arms funds? If he returns the car to you, who returns his money? If Falae returns the money, can the support already given be undone? The matter falls back to the car dealer who chose to sell the last holder a stolen car instead of the other cars in his showroom. He must give the last car holder another car for money paid, before that one returns the stolen car for onward delivery to you. Anenih must find another money of equal amount to give to Falae's SDP for support duly rendered as per inter party agreement, before Falae can return the blood money his party was initially given, for onward return to the government purse. Falae knows that he has no case to answer. Infact, all who got monies from PDP party chieftains have no case to answer. Let the chieftains like Anenih and Dokpesi source for the funds because they got theirs directly from Dasuki, knowing fully well that Dasuki is not PDP's treasurer or presidential campaign chairman. 2 Likes |
